Cancellation policy

The Peak Physique Cancellation Policy
We get it. All good things come to an end and nothing lasts forever. So here’s a summary of how to break up with us should you decide not to continue with your awesome membership at Peak Physique.
As they say, the devil is in the details. So let us know if you have any questions on how to calculate the Notice Period and the Cancellation Fee
We are completely committed to providing you with results and understand that your desire to improve is of paramount importance; therefore we have created a very strict cancellation policy. This policy will help to keep you committed and protects our Coaches’ peak operating times.

Notice Periods

If you choose to opt out of the Peak Membership prior to the end of your Commitment you are still required to pay 100% of the remaining weeks left on your agreement OR a 
A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required if you do not wish to continue after the current Members contract.

Unless your Coach has been notified of extenuating circumstances you are not permitted to RSVP more sessions than allocated per week.
If you need to cancel a RSVP’d session,
You are not permitted to remove yourself from a booked session.
You must text YOUR trainer a minimum of 6hrs prior to your session.
If less than 6hrs notice your session will be forfeited.
If No message is received you will be considered a no show and session forfeited.
If sufficient notice is given, you are entitled to make up that session WITHIN 7 days. After 7 days that session will be forfeited.
Unused sessions will be voided at the end of the Current membership and do not roll over to subsequent memberships.

If you have a trial period
No Notice Period and no Cancellation Fee applies during the trial period. Trial must be opted out of in person not via text, email or any other form of communication.

If you need to hold your membership.
ONLY AVAILABLE due to injury or illness with a medical certificate
Holds will begin the day the medical certificate is received and will not backdated.
By putting your membership on hold it extends the membership term for a further however many weeks you have put it on hold for at any one time. eg if you hold for 2 weeks it extends by 2 weeks.

Cancelling your membership
If you phone us, text us, visit us, send us a message in a bottle (etc.), We will not be able to process your request without you following up via email to info@yourpeak.com.au. Nothing personal – purely practical.
Please be aware that our commitment to you is solid and we would expect your commitment to our policy to be the same.
If any cancellation fees are incurred they will be automatically added to your next/final debit date (this includes membership debits which are unsuccessful).
Waiver of the Notice Period and Cancellation Fee:
We will waive the Notice Period and Cancellation Fee in the following circumstances.
(i) You become sick or incapacitated. You must show us a certificate from a qualified medical practitioner stating that you cannot exercise for the remainder of your term. We reserve the right to contact your medical practitioner to confirm this.
(ii) You relocate to an area more than 30 kilometers away from Peak Physique. You must show us a letter from your agent or employer.
(iii) You become bankrupt, and provide supporting documents of this.
**Just remember kids, it’s not what you know, it’s what you can show. So if you’re sick, you move or you go bankrupt, we’ll need to see the evidence to waive the Notice Period and Cancellation Fee and you’ll need to include this in the email that you send us. ** End of story.
